Job Description: Technical Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales relationships within your designated territory, providing technical expertise to customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the building industry.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers on our comprehensive range of products and solutions.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals, ensuring adherence to pricing policies and company guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction firms, architects, and engineering companies.
- Conduct market research and product demonstrations to effectively showcase our value proposition.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the building or construction sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license required for travel within the assigned territory.
We Offer:
A competitive salary package, including a monthly gross salary of €2,491 and an annual bonus of €12,000. Additional benefits include executive status, paid time off, and a company car.
