About the Role
Bolloré Group is seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our team in Montereau. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer satisfaction and loyalty, while contributing to the growth of our sales portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions, including phone calls and emails
- Analyze and respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Monitor sales performance, including:
- Planning and conducting site visits to inspect and maintain equipment
- Preparing and submitting quotes and invoices
- Coordinating with technicians to complete tasks and record interventions
- Processing customer payments and updating inventory records
- Other tasks as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on commerce or management
- Previous experience in a similar role, either through an internship or work placement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of the region
