About the Role

Bolloré Group is seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our team in Montereau. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer satisfaction and loyalty, while contributing to the growth of our sales portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions, including phone calls and emails
  • Analyze and respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Monitor sales performance, including:
    • Planning and conducting site visits to inspect and maintain equipment
    • Preparing and submitting quotes and invoices
    • Coordinating with technicians to complete tasks and record interventions
    • Processing customer payments and updating inventory records
  • Other tasks as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on commerce or management
  • Previous experience in a similar role, either through an internship or work placement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of the region
