Exodata, a leading expert in data management, is seeking a highly skilled IT Monitoring Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Monitoring team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the implementation and management of IT monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Accompany clients in the implementation and management of IT monitoring systems with Centreon
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage and lead projects for the implementation of monitoring solutions
- Configure and deploy monitoring solutions for systems, networks, and applications
- Perform performance and quality tests to ensure the effectiveness of monitoring solutions
- Train clients on the use of Centreon monitoring tools
- Produce regular performance reports for clients and internal teams, including dashboards and maps
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT monitoring with Centreon
- Expert-level skills in Centreon User Edition and Centreon Business Edition, as well as Perl (or other scripting languages)
- Strong technical skills in Linux, Nagios, Centreon Bascripting, and MySQL
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Strong skills in VMware, Windows, and ITIL
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment and collaborate with clients
