We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to become a vital member of our innovative team, referred to as our new #bloqstar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both French and international logistics providers, exploring and evaluating new offers.
  • Engage with suppliers and shipping companies to secure competitive shipping quotes, ensuring timely production and delivery.
  • Coordinate the packing, pick-up, shipment, and delivery of assets in accordance with team requests and quality control standards.
  • Prepare necessary transport documentation, including packing lists and transport guides, while adhering to compliance regulations.
  • Gather all shipping documentation and distribute it to suppliers and shipping companies.
  • Assist in maintaining the ERP system within the inventory module, focusing on stock control and movements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
  • Perform general administrative functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Supply Chain.
  • Fluency in English and French; proficiency in additional European languages such as Italian or German is advantageous.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and coordination abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient in logistics and inventory management software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing organization.
  • Familiarity with transport regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in implementing and managing ERP systems.
