Your Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional medical care to patients within the Geriatric Short Stay Service.
- Actively participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings, fostering collaboration and coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to on-call rotations during weekends and holidays, ensuring continuous patient support.
