We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Counsel to join our team in France as General Counsel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to our business leaders in France.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in France, including competition law, business integrity, data privacy, and anti-bribery.
- Partner with our France leadership team to drive business growth and transformation, including the creation and development of new business models.
- Implement and roll out global legal corporate policies for the Ice Cream business in France.
- Advise on key legal risks and provide guidance on sales and route to market topics, including e-commerce and alternative business models.
- Manage litigation and legal risks for operations in France.
- Senior lawyer with +15 years' experience and a strong background in corporate law, commercial and sales contracts, and competition law.
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering business results.
- Collaborative and flexible team player with a commitment to unyielding integrity.
