Key Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate finance transactions, tax restructurings, and other related activities.
- Support compliance efforts to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, thereby minimizing exposure to regulatory risks.
- Provide legal assistance to other corporate functions, including IT, procurement, Public Affairs, ESG, and real estate.
- Stay informed about legal and regulatory developments, best practices, and assist in updating policies and procedures accordingly.
About You
- Master's degree in law, preferably with a focus on corporate and business law.
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the integrity of information and processes.
