About the Role
URVIKA is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales forecasts in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and planning teams, taking into account permanent referencing, promotions, new product introductions, and phase-out management.
- Consolidate and share weekly demand data from M+2 to M+10 in our ERP system.
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, identify discrepancies, and propose short-term arbitrages.
- Ensure alignment between forecasts and budget.
- Prepare and lead consensus meetings as part of our S&OP process.
- Measure forecast accuracy and demand deviation, and implement corrective actions.
- Pilot the implementation of a demand planning software for Beko France as part of a group project, including project management and key user responsibilities.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Operational proficiency in English (B2 minimum) for daily interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including dynamic pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience with forecasting software, SAP, and Powerquery/Powerpivot.
