Test Strategist

Stellantis's Software Organization (SWx) is seeking a passionate and conscientious Test Strategist to define the SW Test strategy for the next generation vehicle controller testing. As part of our global SW driven engineering organization with a modern state of the art agile culture, you will be responsible for leading SW Test activities from early development to SW delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and coordinate cross-functional teams testing roadmap for multi-ECUs SW platform
- Build and lead plan, definition, and execution of test strategy across multiple integration levels and multiple platforms (SIL/HIL/VHIL)
- Develop and define test methods and test tools
- Test automation and continuous integration/continuous testing (CI/CT) expertise
- Review test plan, release, and defect management
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related Engineering degree from an accredited university
- 10 years of experience in SW testing (MIL, SIL, HIL) in automotive applications
- Experience with continuous integration, testing & deployment
- Test tasks planning among different teams and different platforms
- Test Driven Development
- Thorough understanding of embedded software development (C, C++), AUTOSAR software architecture, auto code generation process and tools and experience with software such as Visual Basic, Python
- Experience in one scripting language or test automation tool
- Experience testing in multiple development contexts (Linux, AUTOSAR, Android)
