Job Title: Technical Lead - ECM Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guiding teams in technological choices and ensuring architectural coherence in collaboration with the product's solution architect;
  • Conducting technical impact studies and estimations in collaboration with IT project managers, contributing to the product backlog;
  • Providing technical support to developers, ensuring best development practices are followed;
  • Actively participating in incident resolution, delivery, and qualification of fixes;
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation for product maintainability;
  • Sharing knowledge and skills with teams;
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to strengthen and improve platform foundations.

Profile:

A minimum of 4 years' experience as a technical reference on electronic document management and archiving projects is required. Proficiency in Oracle, Windows, Linux, Wildfly, WebSphere, Java, Web Services, and knowledge of FileNet are essential. Additional skills in ARENDER, REDIS, FLOWER, Elastic Search, Ansible, and Cloud are appreciated. Familiarity with development delivery processes is a plus (XL Deploy, GIT, JENKINS). Experience in projects serving thousands of users with optimization challenges is advantageous. Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban are a must. Willingness to participate in occasional evening or Saturday production releases is required. Experience in application migration to the cloud is a benefit. Strong networking abilities and the ability to work under pressure in complex environments with tight deadlines are essential. Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and understanding user needs are crucial. Organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in English for technical discussions are necessary.
