We are seeking a Technical Support Lead to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to support customer self-service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in a technical support role, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of travel industry products and services
