Position: Sustainability Strategy Consultant

AXA Climate is seeking a skilled Sustainability Strategy Consultant to enhance our Financial Services Advisory team. Our objective is to shift financial investments towards sustainable and low-carbon solutions. In this role, you will assist investors in sectors such as Private Equity, Infrastructure, and real estate, along with banks and institutional investors. You will work closely with investee companies and collaborate with various AXA Climate teams across multiple industries.

As a Sustainability Strategy Consultant, you will be instrumental in formulating effective climate strategies, establishing reduction targets, and developing decarbonization pathways for our clients. Your duties will also encompass evaluating risks and opportunities associated with the transition to a low-carbon economy, contributing to innovative product development, and engaging in other consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consulting projects aimed at advancing decarbonization efforts
  • Assess risks and opportunities linked to the low-carbon transition
  • Assist in the development of the sustainability consulting portfolio
  • Support additional consulting initiatives related to ESG, biodiversity, and more
  • Foster product innovation within the sustainability sector
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting
  • Strong expertise in carbon accounting, GHG Protocol, SBTi, and related areas
  • Exceptional project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in both English and French
