Position: Car Rental Supervisor
As a Car Rental Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading and managing a team of Counter Agents at our Nice Airport location. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate your team of Counter Agents, monitoring their performance against key metrics.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client.
- Oversee personnel administration tasks, including onboarding new employees and providing comprehensive training programs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and minimize costs.
