As a key member of the CMA CGM team, the Fleet Upgrade Project Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of vessel upgrade projects. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, risk management, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans to mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular status reports for top management, highlighting project progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the change management process, identifying and implementing corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Train junior staff members on project control best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a PMO or Project Manager position, with a strong background in cost control and project estimating.
- Fluency in English, with French as a plus.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
