We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to lead our new site opening in the Carré Sénart area. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your mission is to enhance the site's performance and team engagement.
Operational Excellence- Manage scheduling based on attendance and scheduled events
- Ensure validation of schedules by team leaders
- Master and oversee all operational processes
- Monitor adherence to established processes on-site
- Drive site profitability and financial performance
- Track and analyze national and local events for business opportunities
- Manage budgets effectively
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making
- Coordinate with headquarters support services to ensure seamless operations
- Champion customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Oversee compliance with established standards and processes
- Develop and present the next year's budget to the Director of Operations
- Monitor site inventory and order management
- Propose and organize events in collaboration with the Entertainment Manager and support team
- Cultivate relationships with local stakeholders to build brand awareness
- Create a commercial action plan with the Commercial Director to drive revenue growth
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure effective team training and adherence to operational procedures
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Be operationally present on-site during key moments to provide guidance and support
- Recruit and validate staffing needs to maintain optimal team performance
- Ensure adherence to the activity schedule for smooth operations
Profile & Skills:
We seek a highly motivated individual with a higher education background and significant experience in managing P&L accounts and team management. Strong operational capabilities, leadership skills, persuasive communication, availability, and work capacity are essential attributes for this role.
