Exciting opportunity to join Pectennetwork as a Senior Process Manager in Process Safety Management based in France.
As a Senior Process Manager, you will lead projects in Process Safety Management transformation programs, helping clients protect, extract, and create value in their assets.
You will work closely with senior executives to understand their business challenges, identify risk scenarios impacting their business goals, and link business performance to the organization's operational risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the design and execution of consulting engagements in operational risk management and process safety management.
- Work across the client's business portfolio and value chain, determining when to deep dive into technical operations on the process line or shop floor.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively across diverse client stakeholders, including the client business ecosystem.
- Build and implement client solutions that fit client culture and improve business performance.
To be successful in this position, you would bring the following qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in risk analysis and management techniques.
- Experience in business planning and developing risk scenarios based on operations.
- Broad understanding of operational risk management and its management elements.
- Ability to effectively deliver training and coaching sessions to senior executives.
Requirements include:
- BS/BA in engineering or equivalent, MBA or MSc preferred, with a minimum of 15 years' experience.
- Considered a Subject Matter Expert in Process Safety Management with extensive experience in oil and gas, mining, metals, or chemicals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural teams.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
