About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of 10 Wealth Advisors in Lyon, fostering a collective mindset and driving team performance.
- Recruit and develop new team members, ensuring they are equipped to serve affluent clients effectively.
- Enhance team skills and product knowledge through targeted training and development programs.
- Implement and promote the company's commercial policies, ensuring team productivity and agency revenue growth.
- Organize agency events, provide on-site support, and contribute to commercial and marketing projects.
Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience in Banking, Insurance, or Finance, with a strong track record of success.
- Expertise in sales, financial products, and the ability to transfer skills effectively.
