As an HR Manager at Exclusive Networks, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring the success of our global operations. You will be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to managers on daily operations, employee development, HR priorities, and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with local employment law changes to ensure compliance.
- Advise managers on HR-related topics and provide guidance on employee development.
- Build trusted relationships with employees through engagement practices and promote a high level of employee morale and engagement.
- Support recruitment processes in accordance with business needs.
- Provide consultancy services on HR policies, best practices, and HR program roll-out.
- Drive organizational change management projects at the local level.
- Ensure accurate data input in HR systems and compliance with local and global policies.
- Support Directors in conducting Performance Review Processes, Talent Reviews, and other HR-related projects.
- Manage learning and development needs locally.
- Drive employee relations and legal and social processes.
- Take on a 'champion' role to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies and policies within France, aligning with global regulations.
- Manage and support an HR Advisor to produce efficient administration of the employee lifecycle, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and other key processes.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field, with knowledge and expertise in employment law.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company.
- Good knowledge of labor law in France.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels.
- Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.
- Strong organizational skills.
