We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at WINSEARCH ROUEN INDUSTRIE. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and equipment for our production site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular site visits
  • Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery targets
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage tender processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Ensure smooth product launches and end-of-life management
Strategic and Coordination Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy for each product family
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities for raw materials
  • Develop and implement a diversification plan for raw materials
  • Establish partnerships with strategic suppliers
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with raw materials and suppliers
  • Coordinate production stoppages and manage inventory levels
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Engineering degree (preferably in chemistry) or a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Access
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per year
