Position Overview
As a member of the Services team, reporting to the Manager, you will engage deeply with our projects. The variety of responsibilities will appeal to candidates who are energetic, inquisitive, and passionate about their work. You will excel in a technical and innovative atmosphere that prioritizes customer satisfaction. After an initial onboarding phase, you will progressively assume the following duties:
- Troubleshooting industrial and cable transport systems on-site
- Conducting assessments and implementing modifications (feature additions, compliance checks...)
- Executing maintenance tasks as part of service agreements
- Providing technical assistance and support to operators during missions
- Delivering training sessions to clients on technical aspects
- Assisting the design office with workshop inspections and on-site commissioning
- Participating in collaborative projects to develop and validate new products and services
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in automation, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or industrial IT at the BAC+2 to BAC+3 level. Your curiosity, adaptability, and quick learning abilities will be vital for success in this position. Utilizing interdisciplinary skills while leveraging your accumulated experience is crucial. A minimum of 5 years of experience in design offices, field commissioning, and/or after-sales service or technical support is required. Familiarity with mountainous environments, particularly ski lifts, is highly advantageous. You should have a hands-on approach while maintaining a focus on quality and administrative duties. Being organized and versatile will help you navigate unexpected challenges. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
