We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Productivity Manager to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving productivity and efficiency across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met
- Proven experience in operations management and productivity improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
