About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at MBway. As a key member of our commercial department, you will provide functional support to our sales team, working closely with our suppliers and supply chain to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and logistical tasks related to procurement and sales, including coordination with our Messer France subsidiaries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Oversee stock management and reordering of products stored on our sites across France.
• Manage our Mylab portal for certificate analysis and reporting.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain price updates and negotiate deadlines.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for our procurement team.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and additional languages a plus.
