Senior ASIC Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ASIC Architect to join our team at Dolphin Design SAS. As a key member of our ASIC Business Unit, you will play a central role in the development of all ASICs, from architecture definition to front-end/middle-end implementation, according to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study the feasibility of customer projects and propose the appropriate SoC architecture for their requirements
  • Develop and specify the initial architecture, interacting with internal and external IP vendors to ensure performance targets are consistent with SoC requirements
  • Participate in the evaluation, costing, implementation, and execution of projects in close collaboration with project managers and other team members
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales teams in defining customer products
  • Lead the SoC architecture definition methodology for ASIC projects
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or engineering degree in a relevant field
  • More than 10 years' experience as a SoC and/or IP architect
  • Solid knowledge of design and implementation flows
  • Familiarity with different levels of product architecture and complex CPUs (ARM/RV)
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills
