We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to assist in the customs clearance process, including preparing and submitting necessary documents, coordinating with authorities and government agencies, and ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit customs clearance documents, including declarations, certificates of origin, and import licenses.
- Coordinate with customs authorities and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and resolve any issues related to customs clearance.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and international customs regulations, including duties, taxes, and import/export restrictions.
- Calculate and verify customs duties and taxes applicable to imported or exported goods.
- Track shipments in transit and resolve any issues related to customs formalities.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and logistics companies to ensure efficient delivery of goods after customs clearance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on logistics and transportation management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
