Job Overview
John Cockerill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Belleville, France. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address project deviations and issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
