We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our paid social media efforts and drive business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other key paid social channels
- Manage and scale customer acquisition efforts, ensuring optimal ROI and performance
- Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to produce top-performing ads and brainstorm new testing concepts
- Analyze data and present results to inform future marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid social media marketing
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, with a focus on B2B demand gen
- Proven track record of scaling successful paid social campaigns and driving business growth
- Strong analytical skills and experience with incrementality testing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
