About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative and Financial Director to join our team at Réseau DEF. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management
    • Supervise the production and analysis of financial reports for your area of responsibility.
    • Analyze variances and develop action plans in collaboration with department heads.
    • Oversee the harmonization of budgeting methods and ensure their continuous improvement.
    • Ensure the dissemination of existing tools and contribute to their improvement with your team.
    • Pilot the harmonization of financial management methods across your area of responsibility.
    • Lead or participate in strategic projects within your area of intervention (acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, etc.).
  • Finance
    • Ensure the proper use of cash pooling and accounts receivable within your area of responsibility.
    • Implement adequate financing for acquisitions.
  • Accounting
    • Ensure compliance with and respect for group financial and accounting rules within your area of responsibility.
    • Supervise relationships with external service providers such as accountants, auditors, and consultants within your area of responsibility.
    • Supervise relationships with public administrations such as tax authorities within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Financial Engineering, or Business School.
    • Master's degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA).
  • Experience
    • 15 years of experience in management within financial departments, including at least 5 years in a financial management position.
  • Skills
    • Expertise in financial management.
    • Good accounting knowledge.
    • Fluency in English.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various types of stakeholders: accounting teams, operational non-financial staff to collect information, and CEOs.
    • Strong listening skills, rigorous, autonomous, and proposal-driven.
    • Proficient in office software, particularly Excel, and a strong knowledge of an ERP system.
