**Role Overview**
As a Corporate Communications Director for Shiseido EMEA, you will lead and develop the company's corporate strategy, managing 360° communication programs across PR and social platforms to enhance global equity, awareness, and reputation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication plan shared with HQ in Tokyo and local markets.
- Collaborate with other communication departments to build and deploy central communications tools.
- Manage media relations, structuring a network of journalists in key outlets for each market.
- Develop a SHISEIDO EMEA Social media roadmap and create or adapt content for social platforms.
- Monitor performance KPIs and social listening tools, coordinating crisis communication strategy and risk management.
- Manage SHISEIDO EMEA Sustainable & Innovation communication road map and coordinate Brands' CSR communication.
- Support Executive media relations and develop corporate topics with Brands, identifying key spokespersons and coordinating group communication.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate communication in luxury, beauty, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of global and trade media.
- Strategic thinker with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships in complex matrix environments.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
