Your Role

You'll partner with BCG clients to implement comprehensive organizational transformations, enhance productivity, and employee engagement. You'll be a core member of our People & Organization Practice, working alongside top minds in the industry. Your contributions will significantly impact the development of the Practice Area and support our ambitious growth targets.

  • Implement organizational transformations to enhance productivity and employee engagement in multinational corporations
  • Develop talent management strategies for tech firms
  • Design change management plans for healthcare providers
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives for financial institutions
  • Lead workforce planning and development programs for retail companies
  • Conduct culture and engagement surveys for manufacturing companies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ years of consulting experience or a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience
  • Deep expertise and knowledge across People & Organization topics, with a special focus on People Strategy, Capabilities Building, Culture and Talent Management, and Organization and Operating Model Design
  • Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and influence the client agenda
  • The interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
  • A collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experienced in international work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, along with strong presence and leadership skills
