Position Overview:
As a key member of the Finance Department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of the budget for the holding company, which encompasses shared services (IT, HR, procurement, general services...) and financial oversight of two operational firms currently in the divestment process.
- Preparation of financial reports and monitoring of group performance metrics.
- Management of budget tracking and cross-functional analyses.
- Development and upkeep of management control tools utilized by all subsidiaries, with a significant role in the ongoing transition to SAP.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Facilitating seamless monthly financial closures.
- Conducting analysis of monthly variances in operational activities and financial outcomes.
- Compiling monthly and quarterly economic reports.
- Constructing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Engaging in process enhancement initiatives.
- Ensuring data integrity and management.
- Administering tools that are common across the entire group's management control.
- Contributing to Information Systems projects throughout the development lifecycle (from design to testing).
- Integrating newly acquired companies into the Finance Information System.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a business school or university, specializing in Finance or Management Control, with 4 to 8 years of successful experience in management control or within an audit firm. Proficiency in Excel is essential, while familiarity with SAP and/or BPC is required. An interest in information systems is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial, along with adaptability and a collaborative spirit. Previous experience in a management role is a valuable asset.
