Real Estate Credit Risk Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our Real Asset division in the private debt business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing credit risk associated with real estate and infrastructure debt portfolios, as well as corporate private debt portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in investment committees and quarterly monitoring committees to validate credit ratings and provide credit risk opinions.
- Write credit risk opinions, requests for derogations and amendments, and ensure that invested assets are properly monitored and aligned with SRI policies and objectives.
- Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and investment-related scorecards, and provide regular and comprehensive reporting to risk committees.
- Perform credit risk analyses for potential new private debt investments and provide independent credit opinions.
- Contribute to the private debt asset valuation process and improve credit risk processes by participating in projects involving the Risk Department.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in a credit risk department, preferably in the asset management or banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of project and tertiary real estate financing, as well as credit rating tools (S&P, Moody's, Fitch).
- Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
