About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System/Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at Sidetrade. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for managing our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and driving innovation in our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily running operations of our internal IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers with HyperV
  • Deploy and configure new servers with hardening, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems
  • Identify and resolve operating problems on the servers, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity
  • Ensure the security of our customers' data, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and compliance
  • Develop and implement projects to improve the quality of service provided to Sidetrade customers, enhancing their experience and satisfaction
  • Implement projects to improve security, productivity, and service to internal users, driving business growth and success
  • Apply new system patches, ensuring our systems remain up-to-date and secure
  • Anticipate and plan for the production launch of new clients, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in system/network engineering, with a strong background in Active Directory, Windows Server, Entra (Azure AD), and Office 365
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, HyperV, System Center, and Cisco network and Fortinet
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle, with experience in Project Management
  • Excellent English and French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams
  • Ownership and capacity to work on project model, with strong team spirit, adaptability, and discretion
