At Capijobnew, we are seeking an experienced IT Opera Business Solution Architect - Transportation and Logistics to join our team. As a key member of our Opera program, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a core solution for transportation and logistics, supporting its implementation in roll-out waves, and contributing to the success of the Opera program.
About the Role:The IT Opera Business Solution Architect - Transportation and Logistics will be responsible for:
- Contribute to Imerys' transformation by designing a core solution for transportation and logistics and support its implementation in the roll-out waves, as part of the Opera program.
- Design, build, and continuously adapt the Opera core model for transportation and logistics to support Imerys business processes evolution.
- Contribute to the success of the Opera program by providing a functional and technical drive to solution components during and after the Opera rollouts across Imerys Business Areas.
The IT Opera Business Solution Architect - Transportation and Logistics will be responsible for:
- Gathering business requirements and analyzing them.
- Designing and building the core solution in collaboration with Business Process Owners.
- Providing relevant test scenarios for each process under its responsibility.
- Supporting users during acceptance testing.
- Contributing to project scoping for alignment tasks to fit to the Opera business processes.
- Performing tests for Change requests before releasing them to the wave.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years' higher education - Master's degree in Information System or Management.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation for Transportation and Logistics.
- Thorough understanding of information technology and information technology systems.
- Strong business and functional knowledge of Transportation and Logistics activities with an excellent understanding of integration with other processes such as Manufacturing, Purchasing.
- Experience in working with business representatives, analyzing their requirements, and providing the most appropriate IT solutions.
- Good knowledge of SAP S4 Hana Transportation Management module (S4 Hana embedded or Side Car).
- Knowledge of other SAP modules.
- Conversant in French or another European language would be advantageous.
