Safran Seats is seeking a Risk Manager and Global Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for the application of the Global Risk Management methodology for the entire company, and the crisis management device. The position also includes responsibility for security, whose objective is to protect human, material, and intangible assets on the company's perimeter.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Manager (global risk management):
- Deploy the Safran Group's Risk Management reference and tool within the company.
- Prepare and animate the company's Risk Committees twice a year.
- Act as a Business Process Manager for the Risk Process of the Company.
- Accompany and train managers in the use of the methodology and the risk management tool.
- Ensure the implementation of a robust crisis management system and contribute to testing it within the company.
- Follow the deployment of the Safran Risk Documentary MOOC and animate practical workshops.
- Ensure, with the insurance manager, the adequacy of insurance with regards to risks.
- Security Officer:
- Develop and implement security measures at the right level to protect the company's assets (human, material, and intangible) against malicious acts, based on the group's policies and procedures.
- Prepare and animate the company's Security Committees twice a year.
- Co-animate with the RSSI the company's cyber security and information protection cell.
- Provide security recommendations to employees on professional travel and at professional events.
- Strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global risk management responsibilities.
- Proven experience of several years in risk management, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Good knowledge and interest in security devices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support the identification and evaluation of risks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information to diverse audiences and animate functional networks on sites in France and internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and act quickly in crisis situations.
