Job Title: Project Management Office (PMO) - Financial

Coface Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our team in a fixed-term contract of 11 months. As a PMO, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects within our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and development of the project portfolio aligned with Coface Group's strategy and operational objectives.
  • Monitor and control budget, resources, and benefits of projects within your scope.
  • Communicate quarterly project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Improve operational excellence in project implementation across Coface Group.
  • Communicate and raise awareness on new methodologies and best practices.
  • Participate in the training of non-expert project managers.
  • Ensure commitment to quality and evaluate value creation of projects.
  • Support non-TO project managers and guide PMs to apply standards.
  • Hold PMs accountable for their role and provide support on project issues.
  • Ensure projects have the right resources and quality of project key deliverables.
Requirements:
  • ~5+ years' experience in project and change management.
  • Proven strong experience in multinational/multicultural projects.
  • Excellent project management and change management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Proven coaching skills of project managers.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Good organizational skills to keep track of scope progress and make adjustments when necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to make effective decisions.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and manage them with key people.
  • Excellent level of French and English required.
  • Solution-oriented behavior.
  • High grade of empathy.
  • Sense for urgency.
  • Convincing and influencing skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with other teams and departments.
