Mission
- Soutenir la gestion quotidienne des fonds/mandats, y compris le suivi du portefeuille immobilier et des performances des fonds, le financement et la gestion de la liquidité.
- Effectuer l'analyse des acquisitions et des cessions, modéliser les flux de trésorerie en utilisant des scénarios et une analyse de sensibilité, et contribuer au financement et à la structuration fiscale.
- Participer à la définition de la politique financière du fonds (effet de levier, couverture) et assister à la levée de fonds par la préparation de présentations et la réponse aux questions des investisseurs.
- Contribuer à la préparation de la communication financière à l'attention des investisseurs et mettre à jour les plans d'activité au niveau du fonds pour prévoir les rendements futurs potentiels.
- Soutenir l'avancement des mesures ESG avec l'équipe de gestion d'actifs et ESG, par exemple dans le contexte des notations environnementales ou des exigences de rapport (réglementaire).
Compétences requises
- Grande école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs ou université. Une spécialisation en immobilier est un plus.
- Expérience antérieure dans une institution financière, une société de gestion de placements ou un trust d'investissement immobilier.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand obligatoire (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
- Passion pour les secteurs financiers et immobiliers.
- Connaissances en ingénierie financière, en droit des sociétés et en comptabilité, idéalement dans un contexte immobilier.
- Excellentes compétences en modélisation financière et en présentation.
- Esprit d'équipe, rigueur, capacité à travailler dans un environnement stimulant, intérêt pour le sujet, volonté d'apprendre et de se développer dans un environnement en constante évolution.
