L'Union sociale pour l'habitat is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to oversee our operations in Clayes-sous-Bois.
As the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from maintaining cleanliness and order to handling minor repairs and overseeing waste management.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep across all sites.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure the proper maintenance of outdoor areas.
- Conduct regular site surveillance and address minor repairs promptly.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the program efficiently.
- Possess a CAP Gardien d'Immeubles qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the facilities management sector.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical and regulatory aspects pertaining to the job.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Immoware software.
This position is open to individuals with disabilities.
Salary Range: €23,000-€27,000 per year
