- Collaborate with centre managers to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources needed to execute initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all local marketing activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at local events and activities.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of local marketing initiatives.
- Analyse initiatives data and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on local marketing performance and ROI to Marketing and Sales management.
- Provide support and training to sales teams on local marketing initiatives and ensure they have access to the right material.
- Oversee budgets for local marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in trade marketing, field marketing, or local marketing roles.
- Proficiency in German language (spoken and written).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
