With a workforce of 750 permanent employees and a network of 170 agencies both domestically and internationally, we generate a turnover of 300 million euros. Our operations in temporary staffing and recruitment are divided into four key sectors: tertiary 'Staff', medical-social 'Care', construction 'BTP', and logistics transport 'Industry Missions', along with two specialized recruitment agencies.
- Oversee the efficient functioning of your teams.
- Manage the organization and enhancement of your teams, which includes both internal and external training initiatives.
- Conduct recruitment interviews utilizing temporary staff or networks of supervisors.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with area and/or site managers to review site visits, agree on necessary actions for project completion, and discuss upcoming operations.
- Perform site inspections alongside the site manager and/or supervisor to verify measurements and quantities, identify critical aspects of project execution, assess surfaces prior to application, and ascertain required equipment.
- In direct coordination with the dispatcher, you will be tasked with organizing human and material resources for projects, validating site reports from your team, and submitting them to site supervisors.
- Ensure the financial viability of your operations.
- Guarantee adherence to safety protocols for application teams.
- Provide constructive feedback to site supervisors and project managers.
We seek a detail-oriented, organized, and safety-focused individual with a solid understanding of paving operations and team leadership capabilities.
