About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the South-West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and coach a team of sector managers to ensure excellent field efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resources and improve sales performance
  • Manage the results of your region through regular analysis and performance reporting
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with regional customers to drive sales growth
  • Ensure the implementation of agreements in all stores in your region
  • Collaborate with head office teams to achieve annual objectives and drive business success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Initial field experience in supermarkets and management experience
  • Ability to relocate to our Paris headquarters within 2-3 years
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong conviction, autonomy, product sensitivity, and customer service skills
