Pharmacy Assistant

Job Summary:

ADECCO MEDICAL is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Receive and organize medications according to specific criteria, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintaining a well-stocked pharmacy and minimizing stockouts.
• Client Support: Provide excellent customer service, advising clients on medication usage and answering questions.
• Prescription Fulfillment: Verify dosage and check for potential drug interactions, ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing.
• Translation and Record-Keeping: Translate prescribed doses into number of boxes and maintain accurate records of care sheets.

Requirements:

• Education: Hold a Professional Certificate or a Pharmacy Assistant Diploma.
• Experience: Possess some experience in a pharmacy or related field.
• Skills: Excellent knowledge of medications (pharmacology) and a scientific mindset, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
