Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Business Excellence & Customer Experience department as an Apprentice Business Analyst/Business Excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Sales Tracking
    • Collaborate with divisions and corporate teams to ensure the forecasting process runs smoothly.
    • Analyze and exploit market, product, and competitor data to inform sales targets and business decisions.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to divisions to optimize their strategies.
    • Manage inventory and supply chain processes for the French market.
  • Marketing Activity Monitoring
    • Track key performance indicators for sales teams using various tools.
    • Conduct analysis and provide reports on marketing activity efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Participate in market segmentation and targeting initiatives.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales team motivation and performance-based incentives.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and across departments, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Autonomy and initiative-taking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Fluency in English.
