Job Description

As a Pricing and Compensation Manager for Delivery Service Partners, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize delivery partner compensation across Europe. You will also design and implement processes to drive financial health and scalability, conduct root cause analysis, and report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize delivery partner compensation.
  2. Design and implement processes to drive financial health and scalability.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Relevant experience in program management, with end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Advanced degree.
  2. Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, and/or e-commerce.
  3. Experience in a start-up environment, owning process creation and improvement.
  4. P&L ownership and/or oversight experience.
