Employment Law Counsel Opportunity at Agicap

Agicap, a leading financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies, is seeking an experienced Employment Law Counsel to join its legal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with French and European regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising operational teams on employment law matters, including disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts, and pre-litigation procedures.
  • Drafting employment contracts, company agreements, and other legal documents essential to the smooth running of the company.
  • Managing relations with social partners and staff representative bodies, ensuring constructive social dialogue is maintained.
  • Keeping a constant watch on legal and regulatory developments, anticipating the impact of new legislation on the Group's business.
Requirements:
  • Master's 2 in Employment Law or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years' experience as an employment law legal counsel, ideally within a group of companies across Europe.
  • In-depth knowledge of French employment law, with knowledge of other European jurisdictions a plus.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken French, with excellent written and spoken English.
