Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medical guidance during resident admissions and assessments.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Supervise and mentor the medical staff, ensuring seamless coordination of medical interventions.
• Contribute to ongoing training initiatives and actively engage with geriatric networks to stay abreast of best practices.
• Play a key role in public health prevention strategies and monitoring within our facility.

Requirements:

• Possess a Doctor of Medicine degree and be registered with the Medical Board.
• Demonstrate prior experience as a Medical Coordinator in a senior care setting.
