Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Educational Assistant to join our team at Fondation Pluriel. As an Educational Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, assisting them with daily living activities and providing emotional support
  • Develop and implement engaging activity plans tailored to the needs and interests of our clients, in collaboration with our educational and therapeutic teams
  • Participate in team meetings and project discussions to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements

  • Strong passion for working with individuals with disabilities and special needs
  • Previous experience in a care or educational setting, even if limited
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license, preferably with over a year of experience
