Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Administration Expert to join our team in Lyon, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a standardized HR and Payroll administration service to local teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer employee life cycle tasks, including onboarding, inductions, and probationary confirmations.
  2. Manage payroll processing, absence management, and family-friendly matters.
  3. Support the local team in France with French employment law and ensure good employee relationships.
  4. Administer employee changes, ensuring HRIS system and personnel files are up-to-date and accurate.
  5. Manage the HR Inbox and respond to general HR and payroll queries.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in HR Shared Services, with international experience advantageous.
  2. Significant knowledge of Payroll processing and legislative requirements.
  3. Demonstrable payroll and HR administration experience and first-level enquiry management.
  4. Strong IT skills, including use of HR Systems.
  5. Ability to provide excellent customer service and accuracy in HR/payroll activities.
