About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at KION Group. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
