Job Overview:
In the capacity of Head of Service for Unaccompanied Minors, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing educational assistance to minors aged 12 to 18. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective educational support and the social, civic, academic, and professional integration of these minors through tailored projects that align with the broader objectives of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing child protection policies
- Supervising the daily execution of establishment projects
- Safeguarding the rights and freedoms of the minors in care
- Managing team activities and establishing work priorities
- Monitoring service operations and quality assurance
- Participating in budget management and financial oversight
- Representing the organization in various professional forums
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess the CAFERUIS diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with substantial experience in team leadership and service management. Experience working with unaccompanied minors is highly valued. A strong interest in social and human issues, as well as knowledge in adolescent developmental psychology and child/adolescent psychopathology, is essential.
