About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing our testing and assembly line to deliver high-quality Biopods to our customers on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all systems integration activities to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, write test plans, and provide operational support to teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize designs for integration, testing, and manufacturability.
  • Create and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring the team is aware of tasks and deadlines.
  • Prepare System Integration Verification Validation & Qualification activities to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Define testing and integration strategy, establishing requirements and performing associated estimates and schedules.
  • Specify the test equipment required and deploy methodologies, tools, and platforms necessary for integration.
  • Propose validation and qualification scenarios and manage their implementation.
  • Perform and organize testing and integration at the facility, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
  • Help recruit and define hiring plans for technicians and integration engineers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years managing complex technical projects and developing and tracking schedules.
  • 7+ years of experience in testing, integration, and assembly.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary development and verification tests, including managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Demonstrated leadership in establishing a high-performing safety culture.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
